Is there a way I can make a custom order? Yes! We specialize in mainly Prom and Ball, but we also are able to customize for certain galas and special events. Send us an email with a picture of your date's dress and what you are wearing and we can create a bow tie that complements and/or matches.

I have a wedding coming up, can you guys make bow ties for all the groomsmen?

We would love to be a part of such a special day and therefore we are more than willing to provide matching bow ties for everyone involved in the wedding.

How often do you release new bow ties?

Generally speaking, you can look forward to the release of new bow ties every two weeks. Sign up for our email notification and know exactly when they are available.

One of the bow ties I wanted is no longer on the website, is there a way I can still buy it?

Send us an email at cw@wikbrothers.com and we can see what we can do for you! Depending on popularity, there may be bow ties that become available again.

How long does it take for a Wik Brothers piece to be delivered after I buy it?

Once processed, it will take between 5 and 10 business days (business days do not include Sat. or Sun.) for your bow tie to be delivered. Custom bow ties may take more than 5-10 business days to ship depending on the difficulty of obtaining the proper materials for your bow tie, but this will be addressed via email from Wik Brothers.

Does Wik Brothers make bow ties for special holidays?

What happens if my bracelet broke?

Each bracelet comes with a 30 day repair/replace warranty once it arrives in your hands. This means that if your bracelet rips or breaks, send us an email and return your bracelet to Wik Brothers for a complimentary repair or replacement depending on the extensiveness of the damage. We want to make sure our bracelets are something that you can keep for years.
